General Notes: Husband - John Harrison

---

He spent his early life on the home farm, but after his marriage moved to the Forks of Youghiogheny and Monongahela rivers, and later to McKeesport, Pennsylvania. There he bought a plot of several acres on the southeast edge of the village and for many years followed his trade of blacksmith. He and his wife were pious, devoted Presbyterians, workers in both church and Sunday school.
