He worked at the Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company as a service representative. For a short time he owned and operated a res­taurant in Polk, PA. He lived for a time in Huntington, W. Va. After visiting in Franklin, He and his wife returned to W. Va. to find that their house had been robbed of everything -- furniture, clothes, etc. One day on the street Ronald saw a man wearing one of his suits and followed him. Ronald notified the police, who raided the suspect's house and recovered almost everything.
