General Notes: Husband - John A. Logan
He was reared at Logansport, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, and attended the public schools of that township. He followed farming after leaving school. He owned some seventy-three acres of well-improved land in Manor township, upon which he resided. He raised some stock in addition to farming. He was a consistent member of the Presbyterian church and a prominent republican. He served one year as constable, was elected justice of the peace in 1879, and held that office until 1884.
