General Notes: Husband - Henry G. Hege

He was educated in the public schools, at the Lititz Academy in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and at the Chambersburg Academy. After leaving school he engaged in the stock buying business for twelve years, and then gave his attention to farming for eight years. In 1885 he went into the creamery business at Williamson. He and his family were members of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Lemaster. Fraternally he held membership in Marshall Lodge, No. 233, I. O. O. F., Mercersburg, which he joined March 15, 1897.
