General Notes: Husband - George Adam Gardner


Although of English antecedents, he came from Holland to America. He settled prior to the revolution in what is now Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia, and with his son John served in the revolutionary army, fighting at Germantown. He married and left two sons and two daughters. He moved later in life to Lancaster County, where he died.
