General Notes: Husband - William Graham

He was born in Bradford township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, and grew to manhood there, receiving his education in the subscription schools of that day and locality. After his marriage, he settled in Goshen township on an uncleared tract of land, and engaged in lumbering, milling and farming. He had good water power and owned a gristmill, a shingle-mill with a yearly capacity of 200,000, and a sawmill which turned out 200,000 feet of lumber annually, and he kept five or six men constantly employed. In 1871 he purchased an improved farm of 120 acres in Lawrence township, on the bank of the river, and resided there.
