General Notes: Husband - William K. Frank
He pursued his education in the public schools of Ligonier, Pennsylvania, and at Iron City Business College, of Pittsburgh. When he had completed his course of study he accepted a position with the Mellon Oil Company, of Pittsburgh, in the capacity of telegraph operator, and he was soon promoted to a clerical position, remaining in the employ of that company for four years. He afterward went to Ligonier, where for one year he occupied a position in the Bank of Ligonier, at the end of which time he was offered and accepted a position in the First National Bank of Jeannette. He had remained there for two years, when, in connection with his uncle, Wilbert W. Frank, he formed the private banking house of W. W. and William K. Frank. In less than two years, however, his uncle died and for a year Mr. Frank continued the business alone, the style of the firm remaining the same. In September, 1901, however, his private banking business was consolidated with the Jeannette National Bank, and Mr. Frank was made assistant cashier, then in August, 1903, he was promoted to the position of cashier.
Mr. Frank voted with the Democratic party, but was never an office seeker. He was a member of Jeannette Lodge, No. 486, Benevolent Protective Order of Elks.
He became president of the First National Bank of Arcade, New York.
