General Notes: Husband - Samuel Walker Glenn
He remained on the home farm until he was eighteen years of age and in the meanwhile secured a good education in the schools of West Sunbury, Butler County, Pennsylvania. He then went to Michigan, where he followed farming for eleven years and after returning to Butler County, he went into general contracting, which was his business thereafter.
