General Notes: Husband - Walter Beye Uber
He received his education in the public schools of Zanesville, Ohio, and Grove City, Pennsylvania, High School. He was also an undergraduate of Capital University, Columbus, Ohio. He became interested in the plumbing and heating business in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, May 1, 1924, where he became well known as a heating and tinning contractor. In March, 1927, Mr. Uber formed a partnership with H. C. Younkins.
Mr. Uber was a Republican, a member of the Lutheran Church, and belonged to the Knights of Pythias and Independent Order of Odd Fellows.
