General Notes: Husband - Richard C. Foulk


He came to Mercer County, Pennsylvania, with his parents, where he was reared and attended the township schools and the academy of Greenville and Meadville. He learned the carpenter trade, which he followed for many years. In 1869 he moved to a farm and engaged in mill-wrighting and farming. He held the offices of assessor of Sugar Grove Township and supervisor of Perry Township. He was a member of Madison Lodge No. 122, A. O. U. W., steward of Hadley Methodist Episcopal Church, and voted the Democratic ticket.
