He was a native of Londonderry, Ireland, and came to America when fifty years old. He was married here.
He was a farmer, and removed, in about 1820, from Washington Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, to Hamiltonban Township, Adams County, where he spent the balance of his days, dying at the ripe old age of one hundred and two years.
