General Notes: Husband - Addison D. Kepple

He was reared on his father's farm and early in life learned the painter's trade, at which he worked a number of years. He then began drilling oil wells and was actively engaged as an oil pro­ducer, which he did in connection with his farming interests. There were two producing oil wells on his farm, which he and his brother inherited from their father, he later buying his brother's interest.
