General Notes: Husband - Daniel Geary

Soon after the birth of his son Michael, Daniel Geary, a farmer in County Clare, Ireland, came to the United States, making the journey alone, to establish a home for the family. When Michael was six and a half years old the mother received word to come to America and prepared to join her husband, reaching New York only to learn that he had died of cholera and had been buried for some time, his grave being at Limestone, near Buffalo, New York. The little family first found a home in Buffalo, and in the fall of 1851 removed to Westfield, NY.
