General Notes: Husband - Nathaniel Fife


He inherited the old family homestead which he obtained September 26, 1866, and cultivated its acres until his death.

He farmed a part of an estate in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, which was bought in 1766 and was still in possession of the Fife family into the twentieth century.

He and his first wife were cousins.
