Betty Fasenmyer, Robert Herron Are Married Saturday
Miss Betty Fasenmyer, of Oil City, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ira M. Fasenmyer, of Rockland, became the bride of Robert Herron, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. V. Herron, of Mineral Street, Saturday at 3:30 p. m. in the parish house of St. Patrick's Church, Franklin. Msgr. Rt. Rev. Thomas H. Downey, officiated.
Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Henderson, of Oil City, were the attendants.
The bride wore a blue crepe dress of brown accessories and a shoulder bouquet of pink rose buds. Mrs. Henderson wore tan crepe, trimmed with brown velvet, with which she wore brown accessories and a spray of yellow rosebuds.
A wedding dinner and reception followed at the home of the bride's parents. Approximately 50 guests attended, with 12 seated at the bridal table. The decorations included a large wedding cake, pink, blue and white candles and streamers which led from the cake to the favors which were pink and blue hats.
The young couple will reside at 19 Hoffman Avenue.
The bride is a graduate of Oil City High School and is employed by the J. C. Penney Company. Mr. Herron, also, a graduate of Oil City High School, is employed by the Oil Well Supply Company.
