Knox RD Resident Succumbs
KNOX \emdash Raymond O. Exley, 73, of Knox RD 1, died unex-pectedly Thursday evening in his home.
Born March 21, 1904, in Kossuth, he was the son of Lewis and Susan Letty Kline Exley.
He was married to Elvira Henley who preceded him in death in 1948.
Mr. Exley was a retired employe of Joy Manufacturing Company in Franklin.
He was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Kossuth.
He also belonged to the Prosperity Grange and the Pennsylvania State Fox Hun-ters' Association. Mr. Exley was an avid hunter and dog trainer.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Sherwood of Seneca and Mrs. Edward (Freda) Haight of Bradford; two brothers, Herman and Edwin Exley, both of Bradford; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Hazel and brother Nelson.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm today at the William N. Rupert Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Sunday in the funeral home with Rev. Albert R. Laese, pastor of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, officiating.
Interment will be in St. Mark's Cemetery.
