Cross Creek Twp, Washington Co, PA

After marriage he and his wife lived for about ten years on the Aaron Lyle farm in Cross Creek Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and here their five oldest children were born. In 1830, they removed to a farm in South Fayette Township, Allegheny County, near the present town of Bridgeville, and there they spent the remainder of their lives.
