General Notes: Husband - Christian Eberhart
When he was just one year old, he was taken to Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, where he was reared. When he married, he moved to a farm which was situated seven miles from Greensburg and lived there until his death. He was a member and an official in the Lutheran Church.
He served in the War of 1812.
He came in an early day from Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, to Westmoreland County, and frequently had to leave his farm to seek safety from the Indians, taking refuge in a neighboring fort.
