General Notes: Husband - Jacob B. Felgar

---

Throughout his long life, he was engaged in farming. He was the owner of an estate of more than three hundred acres, which he cultivated and improved. He erected on the property two good houses and well-constructed out-buildings. He was elected to the office of supervisor and served one term, and was a member of the Reformed church.
