General Notes: Husband - William Fee


He was born in Maryland, coming to Washington County, Pennsylvania, when about sixteen years of age with his father. After his marriage he lived for some time in North Strabane township, Washington County, moving to a farm in Chartiers township about 1822.
He was an active member of the Whig party, serving as justice of the peace for many years, and in religion a member of the Cross Roads United Presbyterian Church.

He was a man of intelligence and considerable education, and served several terms as a justice of the peace in Chartiers Township. He was also one of the early and successful teachers in the schools of that section of Washington County.
