General Notes: Husband - Isaac Dunlap


The family homestead was in Knox township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, a valuable farm of 139 acres, situated one and one-quarter miles east of Olanta. He built a double log house when he entered this land from the Government. He cleared a part of this farm, with the help of his sons, and brought all but thirty-nine acres under cultivation.

He and his wife were the parents of six sons and four daughters, eight of the family still surviving in 1911.
