General Notes: Husband - Richard Gage

---

He and his wife came from Addison County, Vermont, and located in Erie County, Pennsylvania, in 1816, removing to what is now Cambridge Township, Erie County, in 1820. Here they located on the farm, which they cleared (later owned by Henry Klie). In 1838 they settled on the farm later owned by their son, Oliver, most of which they cleared.
