General Notes: Husband - William R. Dickinson
He was a native of Ohio, who went to California in 1849, during the gold excitement, and remained there some time meeting with success in his search for the precious metal. Later he came to Pennsylvania and made his home at Glen Hope, on Clearfield creek, where he was engaged in lumbering for a number of years.
