General Notes: Husband - William Duffield

---

He went to McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, in 1810, and engaged in mercantile pursuits. In 1812 he enlisted in Captain Beckwith's company and was appointed a quartermaster under General Harrison. He was afterward engaged in business as a merchant at McConnellsburg until 1836.
