General Notes: Husband - John Davis


After reaching manhood he operated a farm of 100 acres. In 1851 he moved to Armstrong township, Indiana County, Pennsylvania, and bought the William Beaty farm of 106 acres, which he cultivated. He was a member of the Crete United Presbyterian Church, which he served as elder and member of the building committe.
