General Notes: Husband - William Smith


He married and resided near Becaria Mills, Pennsylvania, until September, 1861, when he enlisted in the 105th P. V. I. He was captured at the battle of Fair Oaks, and died of starvation in Libby prison. Three of his six children were still living in 1898.
