General Notes: Husband - Reading Wilson

He resided in Woodcock Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, until eighteen years of age, and then went to Meadville to learn the blacksmith's trade, at which he worked three years there. He then located in McGuffintown, in Hayfield Township, and opened a blacksmith shop, where he worked at his trade for many years. In 1849 he purchased a farm, where he resided, of his brother-in-law, John H. Culbertson, which he carried on in connection with his other business.
