Before the revolutionary war, three brothers - Michael, Joseph and Charles Delo, Huguenots - came to Westmoreland, Virginia, which then embraced the southwestern part of Pennsylvania. Joseph Delo went down the Ohio, and Charles went east, possibly into Maryland; Michael Delo located in the vicinity of Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
