General Notes: Husband - Hugh Means


He received a patent in 1769 for a tract on Shaver's Creek, located in 1763, called "Aughendarraugh". After living there a few years he purchased a large tract of land in Morris township, Huntingdon County, a part of which was later known as the Tussey farm, on which he died.
