General Notes: Husband - James C. Curry


He was reared in his native township, and received a good common school education, which he afterwards utilized in teaching school. He removed to Greenville, Mercer county, some years after his marriage, but returned to Butler county in 1850, and settled at Ralston's mill. He afterwards went to Indiana, and located at Elizabeth, Harrison county, resided there some years and then moved to Missouri, where he died. He served in an Indiana regiment during the Rebellion.
