They removed to Boise, Idaho, where he was a Justice of the Peace four years, and later Deputy Auditor and Recorder of Ada County. He removed to Twin Falls, Idaho, in 1910. In 1912 he was appointed Land Commissioner for a term of four years; in December, 1916, reappointed.
