General Notes: Husband - John Albright

---

He was a native of Germany and came from that country with several brothers to America at an early period. His first home in this country was in Bedford County, Pennsylvania, and he shortly afterwards removed to Westmoreland County, which was then the headquarters of the family for many years. He was a worker in wood, and upon coming to that region engaged in business as an undertaker and cooper, making his home near Weltytown in Mount Pleasant township, where he resided until he had attained a great age.
