General Notes: Husband - Samuel Corbus


He came to Beaver County, Pennsylvania, about 1824, and served an apprenticeship in Fallston at scythe making, which he followed there for several years. He then learned the trade of wire drawer with Robert Townsend, Esq., in whose employ and that of his son, William P. Townsend, he passed upwards of fifty years.
