General Notes: Husband - Isaac Corbett

He helped to clear the homestead farm in Clarion township, Clarion County, Pennsylvania, and was reared under the trying conditions of pioneer life. His strong vigorous and healthy body, however, enabled him to perform unusual labor and endure the attending fatigue without impairing his health. After leaving the home farm he became a landowner of several hundred acres one-half mile east of Clarion. He was one of the prominent prosperous men of his day and his residence on the old Susquehanna and Waterford turnpike was a center of neighborhood hospitality.
