General Notes: Husband - Benjamin Franklin Patton


He was for many years in the mercantile business at Warrior's Mark, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, during which time he served two terms as associate judge of the county. He was later a resident of Altoona, Blair County, to which city he removed with his family.

He was a merchant at Warrior's Mark, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, and justice of the peace, county sheriff in 1856, elected associate judge of County Court, and reelected in 1861, removed to Altoona in 1867.
