General Notes: Husband - Tristram Coffin

He settled in Newbury, Massachusetts, and was admitted a freeman April 29, 1668. He is the ancestor of all the Newbury families of the name. His house, which in the early 1900s was still occupied by his descendants, was built about 1659, and was then over two hundred years old.
