General Notes: Husband - Edward Clifford

Ligonier Valley, Westmoreland Co, PA

Throughout his life he was a farmer and stock dealer. He was a man of more than ordinary powers, and became one of the wealthiest men of the valley in his day. In politics he was a staunch Democrat, and was twice chosen to fill the office of tax collector.
