General Notes: Husband - James Alexander McNall


He was born on the family farm, which was known as the Jacobs Fancy farm. He was reared on this farm and attended the common schools until sixteen years of age, when he began working on the farm and followed farming continuously from that time. His farm, consisting of 216 acres, was divided, 108 acres, on which his residence was located, lay in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and the remaining 108 acres, on which the barns, milk houses, etc., were situated, was in Washington County, Robinson Township.
