General Notes: Husband - Samuel Templeton Charlton, M.D.


He graduated from the Medical College of New York City; was house surgeon to Bellevue Hospital one year and demonstrator of anatomy two years, associated with Drs. Mott and Bedford, famous physicians of New York City. Dr. Charlton finally established himself in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he attained celebrity and died at the height of his usefulness.
