General Notes: Husband - David McKee

---

In 1835, he located in Clarion County, Pennsylvania, and in 1839 he was married. After a trip to California, he purchased a farm of 137 acres in Jefferson County, in 1855 located near Punxsutawney, and there made his home until called to his final rest. He was an active and prominent member of the Methodist Episcopal Church, with which he was officially connected, and was a supporter of the Republican party.

He and his wife had a family of nine children; six were still living in 1888.
