Carsonville - Lori Ann Carter and Franklin E. Lusher were married July 24 in the Croswell Wesleyan Church by Rev. Arnold Gibson, Uncle of the bride. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Carter, Carsonville. The Bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Lusher, Carsonville. Janet Kandell - Carsonville, was maid of honor, Linda Draggoo, of Applegate, Beth Lusher, of Carsonville, (Sister of the groom), Jody and Melisa Carter of Carsonville, (Sister of the bride) were bridesmaids. Cathy Lusher of Carsonville, (Sister of the groom) was a Junior Bridesmaid. Ron Kandell of Carsonville was bestman, Jeri Westphal, Roger Wrathell, both of Carsonville, Nick Letwinski, of Metamora (brother-in-law of the bride) and Ryan Wallace of Carsonville were groomsmen - Eric Nunn of Lexington (cousin of the groom) was junior groomsman, Larry Carter of Applegate (brother of the bride) and Dave Dean of Carsonville were ushers. The couple honeymooned in Texas. They are now living in Carsonville.
