General Notes: Husband - John Fowler


He lived for several years in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, and married there. His wife died the following year, leaving one child, and soon afterward he removed to Butler County, where he followed, as he had in Westmoreland, the occupations of millwright and carpenter. In 1807 he married his second wife and the fruits of this union were six children.

He was a native of Berks County, Pennsylvania, of German descent, and was a farmer by occupation. [CBRCP-CCJC, 1530]
