General Notes: Husband - David R. Duvall

He was reared on the family farm in East Pike Run Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, where he remained until 1894, when he came to Charleroi, where he spent ten years working in the Pittsburg Plate Glass Works. On April 1, 1906, he and his brother, Chauncy S. Duvall, established a hardware store on Fallowfield avenue, and conducted the business under the firm name of Duvall Brothers for one year, when the latter disposed of his interest in the business to William M. Gault. One year later Mr. David R. Duvall purchased Mr. Gault's interest in the business and carried on the business alone.
In fraternal circles, he was identified with the Masonic order.
