General Notes: Husband - James Williams Patterson


He was a civil engineer and architect, was supervising architect of the Pittsburgh Post Office, and vice-president of the Pittsburgh-Wabash Railroad.

He and his wife were the parents of thirteen children, five of whom died under twelve years of age.
