General Notes: Husband - Kirtland Campbell

He was somewhat of a genius in mechanics, erecting several furnaces in Sharon and Sharpsville, Pennsylvania, and was later employed by the National tube works, of McKeesport. Mr. Campbell and Mr. Cross were engaged in the oil business in Warren county, where they owned a lease with four wells. Mr. Campbell was the owner of the North Clarendon hotel, which was destroyed by fire in 1886.
