General Notes: Husband - David Campbell

He enlisted during the Civil war in the Union cause; was in Colonel Black's regiment and was discharged before the end of the war for disability. After recovering his health he was employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad Company for a period of forty-two years. He never met with an accident during the whole time, and was pensioned by the company - at that time he was the oldest employe of the road.
