General Notes: Husband - Edward Callahan


He and his wife were of Scotch-Irish parentage, and came to Mercer County, PA, in 1827, and settled on a farm near Greenville. Politically he was a Democrat. He and his wife were members of the Associated Reformed Church. Of the twelve children born to them seven were still living in 1888.
