General Notes: Husband - John Deemer


He and his wife were natives of Washington County, Pennsylvania. They moved to Trumbull County, Ohio, in 1823, and in 1839 they came to Mercer County, Pennsylvania, and located on a tract of land in what became Cool Spring Township, where they lived eight years, and then moved to Mill Creek Township, where both resided until death. He was a school director and supervisor of the township, voted the Republican ticket, and was a member of the Lutheran Church.
