Bolivar, Westmoreland Co, PA - a teamster

During the Civil War he saw three years' service, being honorably mustered out at the close of the conflict. He was a Republican, and a member of Bolivar Post, Grand Army of the Republic, also belonging to the Methodist Episcopal church of Bolivar.
