General Notes: Husband - William B. Brownfield


He came from Fayette County, Pennsylvania, with his parents, who were among the early settlers of Armstrong County. He was a farmer by occupation.

He and his wife were early settlers of Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, where they resided until their death. They were members of St. Patrick's Catholic church, at Sugar Creek, and are interred in the cemetery near that church. They were the parents of nine children, five of whom were still living in 1895.
